I feel incredibly lucky to have met you and to have had you carry out the "Red Brick Reno". I don't think there would be many other builders in Australia - (if any) who are as committed to sustainable building, professional development, industry development and teamwork as you are. And that's on top of all the other skills and qualities you have that I've come to value so much through the Reno process. Dean, I don't know how you stay on top of all the details but you do!

You made the whole of Reno an absolute pleasure for me, and I'm genuinely a bit disappointed that it's finished. It was loads of fun seeing it all come together, it was very low-stress, and I enjoyed every minute of it. Would you like to come back in 2024? But no, that would be necessary because you've done such a beautiful job and I couldn't be happier with it. (23 ACH to <1 ACH - woohoo!!)
